Hello!!
My name is Carrie Seger and I am the proud owner of Divine Canine Pet Sitting. 
I live in Carlsbad, CA with my husband and two children.  We are a family run business offering loving, trusted pet care in the Carlsbad, La Costa and Encinitas areas. 

I grew up loving and caring for animals.  My passion has led me to start my own pet sitting company. 
I was in the 4-H program at the age of 9, raising and showing rabbits, and then raised three steers. 
I also have ridden and shown horses competitively all my life.  I love show jumping and playing polo!  
My life has never been without dogs.  We have two incredible Pugs and a beautiful Rhodesian Ridgeback, as well as a cat, bird and hermit crabs!  

Being that animals are my passion I got into the pet care business, it is a perfect fit. 
I also started this company because when I travel, I am always worried about who will care for my pets while I am gone. 
I wanted people to feel comfortable knowing their pets are in great hands and not to worry about them when they are away.  
I have VERY high standards for my pets and their care.  I have implemented that into what I do now, caring for other’s pets in a responsible, loving and thorough manner.   I truly love this work, and love all my client's pets as I love my own. 
My goal is to create a bond with my clients and their beloved pets that will last a lifetime.

In addition for my passion of animals, I have my bachelor’s degree in communications from Cal State Fullerton. 
I have trained dogs up to the Canine Good Citizen level, and have nutritional knowledge as well. 
We are insured/background checked and CPR certified.  
My husband Denis and my adult son Drew help me out on occasion and both are equally loving and responsible with our client’s pets. 

I don’t hire employees, when you hire us, "we do the work."
